"Elmstone Systems Limited has been, for several years, a key supplier of web-hosted workflow applications to our site. Working in close partnership with many business areas including Quality, Health & Safety and Engineering they have developed and implemented a range of products which have taken the majority of our critical quality, environmental and 'safe system of work' processes from paper and form based processes to electronic work flows. In-built search and reporting functions within the applications allow visibility and effective management of these processes to facilitate the achievement of targets and key performance indicators, for example by enabling users to 'drill down' through the data in order to analyse and identify 'critical' business and performance issues. Their systems are robust and well-accepted and share valuable compliance features such as electronic signatures and audit trails as standard, features which are increasingly either required or expected in regulated environments.

Elmstone Systems Limited have the capability to offer a complete service throughout the full system lifecycle, initially working with business owners to identify and document user requirements, developing detailed design and technical specifications, performing testing, validation and qualification activities by the collection of evidence and the careful completion of controlled documentation - for example in order to meet GxP requirements.

Once implemented and in use, Elmstone Systems have demonstrated the ability to provide effective and responsive technical support to their systems to enable ongoing evolution and to support and encourage ‘continuous improvement' initiatives.
